Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains how refunds and subscription cancellations work for paid Aura AI plans.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under the laws of your country or region.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your Aura AI Premium subscription at any time. Unless otherwise required by law, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period, and you will not be charged for future renewal periods.

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically result in a refund for charges that have already been processed.

3. Refund Requests

Except where required by applicable law, payments for Aura AI subscriptions are generally non-refundable once processed.

However, refund requests may be reviewed in circumstances such as:

  • a duplicate or incorrect charge;
  • a persistent technical problem that materially prevents access to the paid features;
  • a charge made without the account holder's authorization;
  • a valid withdrawal or refund right under applicable consumer law; or
  • another exceptional circumstance that reasonably justifies review.

4. Consumer Withdrawal Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have a statutory right to cancel or withdraw from a digital service purchase within a specific period of time.

These rights vary by country and may be subject to conditions relating to whether you have already started using or benefiting from the digital service. Any mandatory rights available to you under applicable law will be respected.

5. How to Request a Refund

If your payment was processed by a third-party payment provider or merchant of record, you may also be able to request a refund through the support or billing links provided in your payment receipt.

6. Refund Decisions and Processing

Refund eligibility may depend on applicable law, the reason for the request, the timing of the request, account usage, and the terms of the payment provider that processed the transaction.

Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.

7. Access After a Refund

If a subscription payment is refunded, access to the related Premium features may end immediately or when the refund is processed.
