1. About Aura AI

Aura AI is a self-service, AI-powered software application operated by Defne Duman. The application allows users to upload their own photos and receive automated analysis and recommendations related to photo quality, presentation, and social media posting decisions.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into an agreement to use Numen AI. If you are not legally able to do so on your own, you may only use the service with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for maintaining the security of your account. You may not misuse another person's account or attempt to gain unauthorized access to Aura AI.

4. Your Photos and Content

You retain ownership of the photos and other content you upload. You must only upload content that you have the right and permission to use. By uploading content, you give Aura AI the limited permission necessary to process that content and provide the requested features.

You may not upload illegal, abusive, harmful, or infringing content, or content that violates another person's privacy or intellectual property rights.

5. AI-Generated Results

Aura AI provides automated, AI-generated analysis and recommendations. Results are subjective and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. They should not be treated as professional, medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other expert advice.

You remain responsible for your own decisions about whether and how to use the results provided by Aura AI.

6. Free and Premium Features

Aura AI may offer both free and paid features. Paid plans may include additional automated analysis, recommendations, or other software functionality. Current pricing and plan details are shown on the relevant pricing or upgrade page.

Paid subscriptions are recurring unless stated otherwise. Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers or a merchant of record.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use Aura AI to break the law, harm others, interfere with the service, reverse engineer the application, bypass usage limits, or attempt to access systems or data without authorization.

8. Availability and Changes

Aura AI may be updated, changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Features, pricing, and usage limits may also change. We may restrict or terminate access when necessary to protect the service, users, or comply with legal obligations.

9. Intellectual Property

Aura AI, including its software, branding, design, and original content, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not give you ownership of Aura AI or permission to copy, sell, or redistribute the service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Defne Duman and Aura AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.

12. Termination

You may stop using Aura AI at any time. Access may be suspended or terminated if these Terms are violated, if the service is misused, or when required for security or legal reasons.

13. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are made.
